Continuing Education Credits

ACCESS YOUR CEU CERTIFICATE HERE

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Certificates of Completion showing your CEU credits will be posted December 1. You will receive an email with instructions and a username and password to access your certificate. Please log in and view your certificate as soon as possible so that any changes can be made before information is uploaded to the CEU governing boards. If you find an error on your certificate, please contact Sally Rodgers at srodgers@ohiohome.org immediately. If an issue is not reported and resolved before uploads begin, you may not receive credit for that particular session. CEU information will be uploaded no later than the week of December 7 to the various governing boards.

To meet the needs of credentialing bodies, we are using a scanning system for tracking continuing education credits. Your badge is printed with a bar code that is unique to you. The bar code contains your personal information including name, title, organization and address.

  1. Please make sure to wear your name badge throughout the official conference hours. You must be wearing a badge to obtain continuing education units (CEU). If you lose your badge, please go to the registration desk where a new badge can be prepared for you.
  2. Our credentialing organizations require that you remain present for at least 90 percent of the session to receive full credit. Room monitors are assigned to every session. When you enter any session, the room monitor will scan your bar code on your name badge. Please be patient while the room monitor scans badges. The scan records the date and time of your attendance. If you are in a two-part session in the same room, please be sure you are scanned in and out for both parts of the session. Your badge will not be scanned upon exiting the session unless you depart the session early for any reason.
  3. Please note that room monitors cannot adjust the time on the pre-programmed scanners. If you have concerns or questions, please visit the continuing education assistance area at the registration desk. We expect that all attendees will abide by the rules of this system and be respectful of the room monitors who have volunteered their time to make our event successful.
  4. Continuing education certificates will be made available to attendees via the Internet after the conference. Visit www.ohiohome.org beginning Tuesday, December 1 to access and print your certificate. Your username is your first initial and your last name and your password is your attendee registration ID that can be found on the right side of your badge.
