Kevin Clark, Ohio Housing Finance Agency
Kevin Clark serves as the Housing Credit Allocation Manager for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. His responsibilities include oversight of the application review and underwriting process for affordable housing proposals, and the development of policy and guidelines for multifamily housing programs. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati, and is certified as a Housing Development Finance Professional by the National Development Council. He has also served on the advisory committee of the National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts.

Gerald B. Arnott, USDA Rural Development
Gerald B. Arnott has served as the Housing Program Director for the State of Ohio for USDA Rural Development, overseeing all single family and multifamily housing programs since October 1995. He is responsible for the Rural Development housing lending programs in Ohio, which administers over $150 million per year. The existing portfolio in Ohio exceeds 28,000 units of housing with an outstanding loan commitment of over $1 billion. Mr. Arnott began his career with Rural Development in August 1983 and served in the Findlay, Sidney, and Pataskala, Ohio offices before he was appointed the Multifamily Housing Chief in April 1994 and later to the Housing Program Director in October 1995. He also currently serves on the Council of Rural Housing and Development of Ohio advisory committee. Mr. Arnott was raised on a farm in Highland County and holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University where he graduated in 1982, majoring in Agricultural Economics.
Chris Cook, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
Chris Cook is employed with the U.S. Department of HUD in the Columbus Field Office, Multifamily Hub. He is the Supervisory Project Manager for the Multifamily Development Branch. He oversees all development functions for new construction activity, as well as the substantial rehabilitation and/or refinancing of existing projects. This includes both FHA-insured projects and projects funded through HUD's 202 and 811 Capital Advance programs. Mr. Cook has been with HUD for 19 years, working in both the single family and multifamily areas during his tenure. In addition to Columbus, he has worked at the HUD offices in Indianapolis, Denver and Oklahoma City. Mr. Cook is a native of Fremont, Ohio. He is a 1984 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Rita R. Parise, City of Columbus
Rita R. Parise has been the Housing Administrator for the City of Columbus since 2007. She oversees housing programs funded by HOME, CDBG, NSP and city resources that provide development opportunities, as well as funding for homeowner rehabilitation. Prior to coming to the City of Columbus, Ms. Parise was employed by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency from 1995 to 2007 serving as Multifamily Bond Manager, Director of Planning, Preservation and Development and Director of Programs. Ms. Parise has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Wheeling Jesuit University and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. She is licensed as an Attorney and Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio.
