Christine Bennett, Ohio Housing Finance Agency
Christine Bennett is a Compliance Coordinator in the Office of Program Compliance for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. She has been in the affordable housing industry since 2000 and joined the OHFA staff in 2006 as part of the Training and Technical Assistance team. Ms. Bennett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Business Administration and Home Economics from Otterbein College. Christine holds the following industry certifications: Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Fair Housing Coordinator (FHC), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), Spectrum Training Award Recipient (STAR), and Tax Credit Compliance Systems (TaCCs). Articles by Ms. Bennett have appeared in Units Magazine, the National Affordable Housing Builders (NAHB) Update and the OHFA Quarterly Update.

Arthera "T.J." Burgess, Ohio Housing Finance Agency
T.J. Burgess began working for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency in 1982 as a Housing Examiner Assistant. In the following years, promotions included a Housing Specialist position and as the Housing Management Manager. She left OHFA in 1998 to go to the private sector and returned to OHFA in July of 2004 as the New Properties and Training Manager in the Program Compliance division. Her current position is as the Technical Assistance and Training Manager for Program Compliance. Ms. Burgess is a licensed realtor in the State of Ohio and holds the following industry certifications: Spectrum Training Award Recipient (STAR), Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), National Affordable Housing Management Association Executive Designation (NAHP-e), National Affordable Housing Professional Fair Housing Certification (FHC), Tax Credit Compliance Systems (TaCCs), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
