Brian Carnahan, Ohio Housing Finance Agency
Brian Carnahan is the Director of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency's Office of Program Compliance. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, he was Assistant Director of Program Compliance, and also served as the Project Administration Manager responsible for helping Housing Development Assistance Program funding recipients with project implementation. Mr. Carnahan holds a Master's in Business Administration from Franklin University and a Master of Art in Geography from Kent State University. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Geography at The Ohio State University. Mr. Carnahan holds the HCCP, SHCM, AHM, and HDFP designations. Currently he is serving on the HCCP Board of Governors and the Board of the Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association. Mr. Carnahan has published articles on housing and community development in publications such as Affordable Housing Finance, Units, Journal of Tax Credit Housing, Property Compliance Report, NAHP Update, Shelterforce, Ohio Builder, Bright Ideas, and Economic Development Commentary, among others.


Arthur G. Krauer, Ohio Housing Finance Agency
Arthur Krauer joined the Ohio Housing Finance Agency in June of 2005 as a Housing Analyst in the Office of Planning, Preservation and Development. In July of 2008, he became the Coordinator of Planning and Public Policy. Prior to joining OHFA, Mr. Krauer had worked for Habitat for Humanity in a variety of roles including Legislative Project Coordinator for Ohio and Executive Director of the Geauga County Ohio affiliate and as a consultant in the Cleveland area. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication in 1994 from Ohio University.


Leslie Yates, Ohio Housing Finance Agency
Leslie Yates joined the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) in December of 2008 as the Employee Relations Manager. Prior to OHFA, she was the Assistant Human Resources Manager for the Columbus Bakery, a division of the Kroger Co. Ms. Yates is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in December of 2007, and is currently a member of the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) as well as the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
