T.J. Burgess began working for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency in 1982 as a Housing Examiner Assistant. In the following years, promotions included a Housing Specialist position and as the Housing Management Manager. She left OHFA in 1998 to go to the private sector and returned to OHFA in July of 2004 as the New Properties and Training Manager in the Program Compliance division. Her current position is as the Technical Assistance and Training Manager for Program Compliance. Ms. Burgess is a licensed realtor in the State of Ohio and holds the following industry certifications: the Spectrum Training Award Recipient (STAR), Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), National Affordable Housing Management Association Executive Designation (NAHP-e), National Affordable Housing Professional Fair Housing Certification (FHC), Tax Credit Compliance Systems (TaCCs), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).

Chad Ketler is Vice President of Property Management for Community Properties of Ohio Management Services. Since the creation of CPO Management Services, he has played key roles in every aspect of property management and played a lead role in transforming how business is done in the company. He became Vice President of Property Management in January 2009 and now has overall responsibility of property management, maintenance, and supportive services in Columbus and four remote site locations throughout Ohio.
