Lori Robinson, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing
Lori Robinson joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 2007 as an Assistant Asset Manager. She currently serves in the role of Compliance Specialist. Her responsibilities include conducting file reviews for compliance and completing the pre-approval process for new move-ins for projects that are in lease-up. Prior to joining OCCH, Ms. Robinson was employed with Sawmill Road Management Company and served as the Regional Manager/Training Specialist. She was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 15 LIHTC properties, property management operations, and employee training and compliance.

Joseph V. Maskovyak, Ohio State Legal Services Association
Joseph V. Maskovyak is an Attorney for Ohio State Legal Services Association (OSLSA). He is the state support attorney for housing. OSLSA is an umbrella organization for legal services programs in Ohio, whose mission is to assist each of the legal aid programs and their attorneys in providing the highest quality representation for indigent people in Ohio with civil legal problems. Before joining OSLSA, he was an Attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Columbus for more than 22 years, where he was engaged primarily in litigating and solving housing problems for indigent people in Franklin County. Mr. Maskovyak is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Florida. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. He obtained both Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Bowling Green State University and a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University.


William Willis, Jr., Willis Law Firm LLC
Willis Law Firm LLC represents and litigates for developers, residential and commercial management companies, construction firms, sellers, buyers, and lenders involved in the real estate industry. Bill Willis conducted his undergraduate work at Denison University and received his Juris Doctor from Capital University. This is Mr. Willis' 22nd year in practice. He is primarily responsible for the residential and commercial land management matters of the firm. He also devotes a considerable amount of time to the firm's construction clients and HUD housing/discrimination matters. Mr. Willis frequently writes articles for the Columbus Apartment Association, Apartment Age Magazine, Columbus Board of Realtor's In Contract Magazine, and the Columbus Dispatch. Willis Law Firm was recently selected by the National Apartment Association to draft Ohio's version of the "National Lease." Mr. Willis is a frequent speaker/lecturer/teacher for the National Apartment Association's Certified Apartment Manager Program, Ohio Legal and Real Estate Continuing Education Program, Capital University Law School, Ohio State University Graduate Program, Institute of Real Estate Management, Columbus Apartment Association, NAIOP, and the Ohio Apartment Association. Mr. Willis served on the OHFA Tax Credit Compliance Advisory Committee, Licking County, Ohio Community Housing Board, and the Licking County Tax Incentive Commission. He currently serves on the Legislative Committee for the Columbus and Ohio Apartment Associations, and is the Housing Chairman for the Central Ohio Bed Bug Task Force.
