Kevin Clark, Ohio Housing Finance Agency
Kevin Clark serves as the Housing Credit Allocation Manager for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. His responsibilities include oversight of the application review and underwriting process for affordable housing proposals, and the development of policy and guidelines for multifamily housing programs. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Cincinnati, and is certified as a Housing Development Finance Professional by the National Development Council. He has also served on the advisory committee of the National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts.

Phil Brown, Wallick-Hendy Development
Phil Brown is Senior Vice President of Wallick-Hendy Development where he oversees the firm's real estate development and acquisition activities. He joined the firm in July 2007. Mr. Brown has held similar positions at Columbus Housing Partnership, Concorde Capital and Westward Partners, LLC. He has experience developing affordable housing throughout the Midwest and West using a variety of financing techniques. Mr. Brown has completed transactions of more than $100 million in tax-exempt bond financing and over $70 million in equity placements. Brown earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo and attended the city and regional planning master's program at The Ohio State University. He also has completed post-graduate work at the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University, Chicago. Active in his profession, he is a member of the Ohio Housing Council and serves on its legislative committee.


Aaron Pechota, NRP Group
Aaron Pechota is a Vice President of Development focusing on land development, as well as single-family and multifamily development in the Midwest. Mr. Pechota joined the NRP Group in 2004 as a Project Manager. In that role Mr. Pechota oversaw the development of over 1,200 units for the NRP Group in the Midwest and Southeast Regions of the Company. Mr. Pechota has significant experience in numerous financing vehicles and structures for multifamily development. He has also developed an expertise of creating strategic partnerships with local municipalities, as well as community-based nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Pechota worked as a Corporate Associate in the Investment Banking Group at National City Corporation. During that time, he advised clients on both strategic sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. In his role, Mr. Pechota provided complex financial modeling and analysis, strategic planning, and marketing expertise to clients in a wide range of business including the automotive, chemical, consumer product, and retail industries. Mr. Pechota graduated with distinction from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University where he earned his Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He also graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Dayton.


David J. Uram, PIRHL
As Co-Founder and Principal of PIRHL, David Uram is responsible for new business development, corporate financial strategy and investor relations. Since the company's inception in August 2004, PIRHL has secured over $120 million in affordable housing financing for 605 LIHTC housing units in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and Indiana. Prior to launching PIRHL, Mr. Uram served as a Project Manager for The NRP Group focusing on development in Ohio and Texas. In this capacity, he managed tax credit and bond financed projects from concept, through tax credit award, financial underwriting, design development, construction and stabilized occupancy. He also assisted in launching the company's operation in Texas. Prior to this experience, Mr. Uram worked in Cleveland's community and economic development industries, first as a consultant for Cleveland Tomorrow and later as a real estate project manager with University Circle Incorporated, a development, service and advocacy organization responsible for the growth of University Circle. Mr. Uram also served as the Project Director for Israel Policy Forum, a Washington, D.C. based nonprofit focused on building support within Congress and within the Middle East for a security-based solution to the Arab Israeli conflict. He built multi-organizational coalitions in support of legislation, lobbied Congress, wrote legislative briefs and coordinated missions to Israel, Jordon, Syria and Gaza to mobilize political support. He graduated from The American University, Washington, D.C., with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the School of Public Affairs and a minor from the School of International Service in Middle East Studies. He also earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Case Western Reserve's Weatherhead School of Management.
