Ryan Landi, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing
Ryan Landi joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in February 2002 as a Development Analyst and was promoted to Vice President of Development in January 2007. In this position, he consults with nonprofit and for-profit developers to assist them in all aspects of structuring and developing affordable housing projects including providing technical, program and application assistance. Prior to joining OCCH, Mr. Landi worked for the Ohio Department of Development's Office of Housing and Community Partnerships (OHCP), where he held the position of Compliance Specialist. He also spent five years working in residential construction. Mr. Landi holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Public Administration from The Ohio State University.
