Steven D. Gladman is the President of The Affordable Housing Trust for Columbus and Franklin County. Mr. Gladman has over 30 years of experience managing nonprofit and governmental organizations. He has attended the U.S. Chamber of Congress Institute for Organization Management, and has earned the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives. He has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Adult Education, both from The Ohio State University. Mr. Gladman is an expert in nonprofit management and governance, and has extensive knowledge of housing issues, housing funding sources and financing options. He previously worked for a nonprofit organization that provided management services to three other nonprofit organizations.
