Jonathan Welty, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing
Jonathan Welty, Vice President, joined the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in May 2000 and serves in several different capacities within OCCH. Mr. Welty serves as the Investor Relations contact for OCCH where he is responsible for establishing and closing the Ohio Equity Funds, as well as assisting the investors in all aspects of the due diligence process. Additionally, he directs the activities of the Ohio Capital Finance Corporation, a certified CDFI entity, and was instrumental in the development and implementation of the $17 million Ohio Affordable Housing Loan Fund which he continues to manage. Mr. Welty also directs the Year 15 disposition strategies for OCCH and provides technical assistance to various partners in understanding and developing disposition plans. Prior to joining Ohio Capital, he worked for the Banc One Community Development Corporation as an Assistant Vice President. He was actively involved in the marketing, originating, underwriting and closing of both equity and debt transactions. Mr. Welty serves as the Secretary/Treasurer and Board member for the Community Development Collaborative of Greater Columbus, is a member of the Community Shelter Board's Rebuilding Lives Funder Collaborative, and is a Board member and Chair of the Grant Committee of the First Community Church Foundation. Mr. Welty is a 1999 Graduate of Leadership Columbus.

Renee Beaver, Novogradac & Company LLP
Renee Beaver, CPA, is a Partner in the Cleveland office of Novogradac & Company LLP. She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with an emphasis in affordable housing and historic redevelopment. This experience includes accounting, auditing and compliance of projects subject to the regulatory requirements of the low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She represents developers and investors in structuring a variety of real estate transactions and is a frequent speaker at real estate industry conferences. Prior to joining Novogradac & Company, Ms. Beaver was a Managing Director for RSM McGladrey and a shareholder of Hausser & Taylor LLC. She graduated from Cleveland State University in 1988 and is licensed as a certified public accountant in Ohio.


David Bohardt, St. Mary Development Corporation
David Bohardt has been the Executive Vice President of St. Mary Development Corporation (SMDC) since July of 2006. SMDC, a NeighborWorks® organization, provides high-quality affordable housing and homeownership opportunities to low-income seniors and working families in the Dayton region. Prior to joining SMDC, he served for 12 years as Executive Director of the Home Builders Association of Dayton and the Miami Valley (HBA). In 1998, he was named the Executive Officer of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders and, the same year, received the Outstanding Community Service Award from the City of Dayton. He also received the 1999 Leadership Award from CityWide Development Corporation, the 2002 and 2005 President's Award from the Home Builders Association of Dayton and the Miami Valley, a 2008 Leadership Award from County Corp, and a 2009 Leadership Award from Preservation Dayton, Inc.


Susan E. Weaver, Community Housing Network, Inc.
Susan Weaver is Executive Director and Founder of Community Housing Network (CHN), a nonprofit corporation which has developed, owns and/or manages over 1,500 scattered-site supported housing units rented to people with mental illness, addiction disorders or histories of homelessness. CHN has a more than 20-year track record of successfully providing specialized tenant-centered property management services and rent subsidies. CHN works with many different service providers to assure its tenants are linked to essential individualized supportive services. The agency is the primary provider of supportive housing for the Alcohol Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board of Franklin County and is a partnering agency of the Community Shelter Board in the nationally recognized Rebuilding Lives program aimed at ending chronic homelessness in Columbus and Franklin County, Ohio. Ms. Weaver is a member of the Board of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati Affordable Housing Advisory Council, the Joint Columbus Franklin County Housing Advisory Board and Franklin County Community Development Advisory Committee. She holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Purdue University and has worked in the field of affordable housing for over 30 years.
