Tom Walker, Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA)
Mr. Walker has served OHFA for 19 years. He began his career with OHFA as a Housing Loan Analyst and was soon promoted to Foreclosure/REO Manager where he served for 12 years. In May 2004, Mr. Walker was promoted to the position of Manager of Special Projects in the Office of Homeownership. In this position, he researched and developed new affordable financing products for first-time homebuyers in Ohio. In July 2007, he moved into the position of Operations Manager for Homeownership where he manages loan production on first time homebuyer loans. Mr. Walker holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
Bill Ludtke, NVR Mortgage
Bill Ludtke has been with NVR Mortgage for 12 years, working in four branches in three different states: Maryland, Virginia, and, most recently, Ohio for over five years. During those years, he has held several positions from the entry-level processing job to Branch Manager in Richmond, Virginia. After relocating to Ohio in early 2006, he worked as a Loan Officer for NVR for five years before accepting his current position as Sales Manager in early 2011. Mr. Ludtke is responsible for servicing three divisions of Ryan Homes and their customers in the Northeastern Ohio and Columbus markets, while also managing internal branch operations metrics. During his time with all four branches, Mr. Ludtke has worked with housing agency loan products: Maryland CDA, Virginia Housing Development Authority and the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA).
Dan Brady, US Bank Home Mortgage
Having worked in the real estate industry since 1975, Dan Brady began his career with Chicago Title Insurance Company at age 15. He has worked in various positions in mortgage banking and owned his own mortgage brokerage firm with a partner for 14 years. He joined US Bank Home Mortgage in 2010 as a Certified Instructor in both Ohio and Kentucky. He has been involved in Realtor CE since the mid-1980s and has led classes for the local Real Estate Boards and in various secondary education venues. A participant in Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) programs since 1986, he enjoys working with the First-Time Home Buyer program and has strongly advocated for OHFA throughout the years. Mr. Brady was the first Non-Realtor to Chair a Committee at the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors (CABR) in 1991. Asked by the CABR to Chair the Realtor/Lender Committee again in 2008 when the Committee was revived, he accepted and was asked to do so again by CABR President Paul Jacob in '09. Mr. Brady has also been the Media Liaison for the CABR and has spoken to all media outlets in the Cincinnati Market on mortgage related matters. As President of the Cincinnati Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA) in 1996, he was President of the first "Local MBA" in the Country to become a U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) "Best Practices Partner". He has been active with the CMBA since 1975.
Mary Schoenfeld, American Eagle Mortgage Corporation
Mary Schoenfeld joined American Eagle Mortgage Corporation on November 28, 2007 after working with Broadview Mortgage Company since 1990 and Broadview Savings since 1980. She has been in the lending profession for more than 35 years and has served as President of the Summit County Mortgage Association, President of Women's Council of Realtors twice and as the Akron Area Board of Realtor's past Director, serving four terms. Presently, Ms. Schoenfeld is the Chairwomen of the Board of Directors for the Summit County Consumer Affairs against Predatory Lending. She has specialized in Federal Housing Administration (FHA)/Veterans Administration (VA) mortgages and conforming conventional mortgages, Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) and 203K and Fannie Mae Rehab loans plus various other products. Ms. Schoenfeld has taught First-Time Homebuyer classes for over 12 years for the Board of Realtors and is presently serving the industry's need in 10 Ohio counties.

Donna Grove has been a licensed realtor since 1984. She opened Superior Homes Realty, Inc. in 1992 and became a licensed broker in 1996. She holds license designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Foreclosure Intervention Specialist (FIS) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
