Annual Plan

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is required to adopt an Annual Plan to address the state's housing needs. In October 2005, the OHFA Board created an Annual Plan Committee consisting of existing Board members to oversee the development of the Plan. In addition, the Annual Plan Committee appointed an Advisory Board that offers guidance and suggestions to OHFA as staff create the Annual Plan. The Advisory Board is divided into three groups with each focusing on a specific topic area: Homeownership, Multifamily Development, and Multifamily Management.

Information regarding the development of the Annual Plan including background materials, committee lists, Advisory Board minutes and notes, as well as the Plan are available for download from this web page. Interested persons should check this page often during the development process for updates.
