CHDO Program 
Welcome to OHFA's resource center for Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs). CHDOs are private, nonprofit, community-based service organizations that are organized under state or local law to develop affordable housing in the communities they serve.

The following lists 2012-2013 State Certified CHDOs, and the service areas in which they are certified to operate. These certifications are effective from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.
