CHDO Program

Welcome to OHFA’s resource center for Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs). CHDOs are private, nonprofit, community-based service organizations that are organized under state or local law to develop affordable housing in the communities they serve.

Certified CHDOs

Here are the 2011 certified CHDOs and the service areas in which they are certified to operate. These certifications run from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.

CHDO Operating Grants

This is the final year for the 2010-2012 Operating Grants. You will be notified shortly of when you can begin to draw on your FY 2012 grant.

The next grant round will begin in early 2012. A new application form will be posted for that round.
