basic Compliance Training

This course focuses primarily on the basics of compliance for the Housing Credit Program (also known as the Low Income Housing Tax Credit or LIHTC Program). Because compliance rules and procedures are frequently updated, the course is beneficial for individuals new to the Housing Credit Program as well as seasoned veterans.

Course Times

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Classes start promptly at 9 a.m. and end by 4 p.m.

Unless otherwise noted, courses will be held at the offices of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, 57 East Main Street, Columbus, in the boardroom located on the 2nd floor. Parking is available at various locations, including the City Center parking garage just across the street. View map
