Compliance tool Training 
This course provides hands on training on how to set up the OHFA compliance tool, including an overview and introduction to all parts of the compliance tool.
Who Should Attend
Tax credit managers who are responsible for using the OHFA compliance tool
Course Outline
This course will provide hands on training on:
- How to set up the compliance tool
- An overview and introduction to all parts of the compliance tool
- An explanation of what belongs in each cell of the Tenant Income Certification
- An explanation of what belongs in the Tax Credit Data Sheet
- Using the Tax Credit Data Sheet for vital information, such as when recertifications are due, over-income households, households over 140%, households above the maximum rent
Location
Unless otherwise noted, courses will be held at the offices of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, 57 East Main Street, Columbus, in the computer training room located on the 1st floor. Parking is available at various locations, including the City Center parking garage just across the street. View map

Cost and Registration
The registration fee is $39. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
