This course focuses primarily on the basics of compliance for the Housing Tax Credit program (also known as the HTC program). Because compliance rules and procedures are frequently updated, the course is beneficial for individuals new to the Housing Tax Credit program as well as seasoned veterans.

Continuing Education Credits

The course also provides 6 hours of continuing education credit for the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), the National Compliance Professional (NCP), the National Compliance Professional-Executive (NCP-E) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations.


Cost and Registration

The $109 registration fee includes:

  • All-day training sessions
  • The training manual
  • Continental breakfast and lunch

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not guaranteed until payment has been received.


Substitution Policy

If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, you may substitute another individual at no additional charge for the same training session only. The payment made for the original registrant will be applied to the replacement's registration. Kindly notify us of any substitutions in writing via email to Ashley Sweeney at asweeney@ohiohome.org. You are not allowed to apply your registration to a different training.


Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be granted for cancellations and "no-shows" will be billed for the entire registration amount.
