Compliance Handbook 
A revised version of the OHFA Program Compliance Handbook is now available. The Handbook addresses changes in OHFA’s policies and procedures in response to recent legislation such as HR 3221 and IRS and HUD issued guidance, including the revised 8823 Guide and Change 3 to the HUD 4350.3. You can download the revised Handbook below.
