Housing Credit Applicants
To apply for Housing Credit Gap Financing, use the 2009 Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA). It provides a single point of entry for developers seeking various resources for the development of affordable housing from OHFA, including housing credits and HDAP funds. You may request the AHFA (in Excel format) on cd or by email by contacting the Office of Planning, Preservation and Development at 614.466.0400.
Applications may be available for the following OHFA programs:
Housing Development Loan
- Construction Deposit Grant
- Equity Bridge Loan
- Flex Loan
Non-Housing Credit Applicants
If you are applying for Housing Development Gap Financing, but you are not applying for financing through the Housing Credit Program, you must submit a Gap Financing Application. The Gap Financing Application will be provided to those invited to submit an application.
Developments using the Gap Financing Application will apply for:
- Homeownership Development
- Rental Development
- Preservation
