The following links provide access to the Affordable Housing Funding Application for HDAP applicants along with program guidelines for both the Housing Credit Gap Financing Program and the Housing Development Gap Financing Program, and all other forms you may need as an HDAP applicant or recipient of HDAP funds. Applicants should review all program information and applications for a thorough understanding of the program before applying.

Housing Credit Gap Financing (HCGF)

Housing credit applicants applying for HDAP funds must use the 2009 Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) to apply for both programs. The application can also be used to apply for the Housing Development Loan Program, Multifamily Bond Program, and Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Additional certification forms, complete HDAP Gap Financing Guidelines, and other important information is available.

Housing Development Gap Financing (HDGF)

Non-housing credit applicants applying for HDGF funds must use the Gap Financing Application. The Gap Financing Application will be provided to those invited to submit an application. The Housing Development Gap Financing Guidelines and other important information is available.

Consolidated Plan

The purpose of the Consolidated Plan is to describe programs and activities that will be undertaken in conjunction with HUD programs funded with Federal Fiscal Year 2009 dollars. The Office of Housing and Community Partnerships and OHFA have established a variety of programs for distributing the HUD funds, along with state funds. Each of the programs and activities that are proposed for FY 2009 are described in detail in the Consolidated Plan, along with the proposed funding amounts.
