OHFA does not offer home purchase loans or Mortgage Credit Certificates (MCCs) directly to homebuyers. Instead, homebuyers apply for and receive OHFA’s low-interest mortgage loans and MCCs through a network of participating lenders covering all 88 counties in the state.
