All applications for 2009 housing credits at each stage of the allocation process must be submitted to:

OHFA must receive applications before 4 p.m. on the dates listed in the program calendar.
Funding Application
All applicants must use the 2009 Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA). The application can also be used to apply for Housing Credit Gap Financing (HCGF), the Housing Development Loan Program, Multifamily Bond Program, and Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
