ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW REQUIREMENTS

In an effort to provide our customers and stakeholders with the information they need to comply with various environmental review requirements, the following links have been established to download OHFA policy, processes and directives regarding this ongoing issue.

  • Phase I Environmental Review Standards for HDAP/OHTF Projects
    Describes in detail what is required to complete a review for projects that have been awarded housing credits in the 2007 funding round that include HDAP/OHTF funds.

  • Phase I Environmental Review Standards for HOME/HDAP Projects Abridged Edition
    Describes in detail what is required to complete a review for projects that have been awarded housing credits in the 2007 funding round that include HOME/HDAP funds.

  • MP-1 Scope of Work
    For HDGF projects and housing credit projects that are undergoing a site review submittal for housing credits, the Mini-Phase 1 (MP-1) is required. Please refer to the applicable program guidelines for information and guidance on this process.

    (Application must be submitted at least 60 days prior to OHFA's funding deadline.)

  • Preferred Market Study Provider List  (updated 11/13/07)
    (The Preferred Market Study Provider List will be updated as applications are received during the year. Analysts who are not on the list and wish to submit a study for the March 16 housing credit round have until March 1 to submit an application to OHFA in order to be considered.)
