The OHFA Board welcomed three new members yesterday who were recently appointed by Governor John R. Kasich, authorized the issuance of up to $7.7 million in Multifamily Bonds and more than $2.7 million through the Housing Development Assistance Program.

The Bond Gap Financing Guidelines are now available in draft form for public comment

The OHFA Board approved more than $1.4 million through the Housing Development Assistance Program (HDAP) and also approved the 2013-2014 Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Certification and Operating Grant Program Guidelines.

OHFA Board awards $11.4 Million for affordable housing in Montgomery and Hamilton Counties

The Board approved $10.5 million in Multifamily Bonds for the new construction of Catherine Booth Residence in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, as well as $900,000 in Housing Development Assistance Program (HDAP) funds for the new construction of Hoover Cottages in Dayton, Montgomery County.
