            <title>Request for Proposals Available for a Special Servicer</title>
            <description>The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking proposals from qualified companies for a Special Servicer for the Ohio Hardest Hit Fund (HHF) as specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Special Servicer will collect, report and transmit payments from homeowners who have been approved to participate in the Ohio HHF Program.
OHFA intends to select a Special Servicer for the period from September 27, 2010 through December 31, 2013. &lt;b&gt;Proposals are due August 19, 2010 at 5 p.m.&lt;/b&gt;</description>
