Anthony Tynan, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing
Mr. Tynan originally joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 2005 and currently serves as an Asset Manager. In his current capacity, Mr. Tynan ensures regulatory compliance and monitors overall property performance, including reviewing budgets, preparing quarterly financial reports for investors, reviewing financial audits of properties, performing physical property inspections and reviewing tenant files. Prior to joining OCCH, Mr. Tynan performed low-income housing tax credit market and valuation analysis for Novogradac & Company and he was a data administrator at Action for Children. Mr. Tynan received his Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Ohio University and his Master's Degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts. He has served in various broadcast, writing, and sports management roles.

Debbie Phillips, The Quadrillion
Debbie Phillips is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience specializing in the real estate industry. She formed her own company The Quadrillion, an international consulting firm in 1997. Her specific expertise is in the repositioning of under-performing assets and value enhancement of diverse property types. In addition to her corporate consulting, Debbie is currently serving as President for the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation and is an Adjunct Professor at Georgia Tech as well as the New School of Architecture and Design. She also teaches distance learning courses and assists in the curriculum development for other real estate programs. As a featured keynote speaker, author and career coach, her current research focuses in the areas of talent management, generational preferences and workforce development initiatives. Debbie holds a Ph.D from Georgia Tech, a Master of Science degree in Housing & Consumer Economics, with an emphasis in Seniors Housing, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Journalism, both from the University of Georgia.
