Phil Arthur, HP Products
Phil recently joined the HP Products/Ferguson Enterprise team in 2017 as a Commercial MRO Sales Representative. Prior to joining HP Products, Phil worked for Tubular Solutions, a tubular material provider serving the oil and gas field. Phil spent nearly eight years in the military; he was a Platoon Sergeant- Combat Engineer in the United States Marine Corps. During his time in the military, Phil was involved with building, repairing, and maintaining buildings, roads, and power supplies within the Marine Corps. Phil is a recent graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

Layne Hurst, Wallick Communities
Layne Hurst has an extensive background in affordable, tax credit, senior housing, and market rate communities. He also has experience in re-development, and lease up of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Communities. His education background includes an Associate's Degree in Real Estate, and he is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In addition, I hold the following accreditation's: HCCP, SHCM, TaCCs, CPO, AHM, RHCS. In addition to his work, Layne is an avid sports enthusiast, and really enjoys playing golf, basketball, and bowling. You can usually find him in front of a TV if there is a game on! He currently resides in Cincinnati with his wife Katy, and their kids, Jordan and Alexis.

Glenn Scott, Episcopal Retirement Services
Glenn Scott has been with Episcopal Retirement Services-Affordable Living since June 2014. Prior to joining ERSAL Glenn worked in facilities management at Northern Kentucky University for 14 years. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Construction Management and Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change. His graduate focus studied organizational culture and change management. Glenn oversees construction, maintenance and security at 25 communities with over 1700 Affordable Living units.
