2009 Housing funding training 
On December 1 and 8, 2008, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is offering two, one-day affordable housing program training sessions at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 600 Metro Place North in Dublin, Ohio from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The sessions will focus primarily on the 2009 Housing Credit Program. Other programs to be discussed include Affordable Housing Loans, HDAP, Project Administration, and the Multifamily Bond Program.
In an effort to contain costs, a limited number of CDs containing the 2009 Qualified Allocation Plan and Affordable Housing Funding Application will be available. Please bring any needed paper copies to the training.
Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been secured at the Crowne Plaza Hotel for training attendees at a special rate of $119.95 for single occupancy. To receive this special rate, reservations must be made by October 31, 2008. Can't Attend?
If you are unable to attend the training but would like to receive a copy of the 2009 Qualified Allocation Plan, contact Nancy Smith at 614.466.0400 or toll free at 888.362.6432, ext. 6.6071. You may also visit www.ohiohome.org. Copies will be available in December.

Registration Information
Advance registration is required for the one-day training session. The early registration fee is $60, if payments are postmarked by October 29, 2008. After October 29, 2008, the registration fee will be $75. (Lunch is included.)

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Agency reserves the right to close registration and limit each person to one training session once the room has reached capacity.
