OHFA Summer 2009 Employee of the Quarter
On June 25, OHFA recognized Marlena Locke-Lowe, Housing Examiner in the Office of Program Compliance, as the Agency's Summer 2009 Employee of the Quarter. Marlena was nominated by her colleagues to receive this special award for her dedication, not only to the Agency but also to the residents of the largest tax credit development in the state. In an effort to bring the property back into compliance, she initiated an increased number of scheduled visits to provide a safer, better quality facility for the families who call it home. Her positive attitude sets an example for OHFA team members as she willingly accepted several projects in addition to her own workload.
