In an effort to help Ohioans easily find rental housing that meets their individual and family needs, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency has partnered with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, the Ohio Department of Aging, the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council, and the Ohio Department of Development to launch OHIO'S RENTAL HOUSING LOCATOR, a free online listing of affordable and accessible rental housing units available statewide.

To begin searching for rental properties, click on the Ohio Housing Locator graphic. New properties are added daily.

You can use this locator to search listings throughout Ohio by city, county, zip code, property name, cost, unit size, and accessibility features. In addition, the locator can connect you to other housing resources through links and provide helpful information on rental assistance, housing accessibility, buying a home, and information for homeowners.

Property Owners, Managers and Landlords
If you have rental housing, you can list your properties on Ohio's Rental Housing Locator at no cost. Simply go to the Housing Locator web site, navigate to the Property Manager Login section, and register as a new user (or login if you already have an account).
