request for proposals – feasibility review provider

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking proposals for a Feasibility Review Provider. The awarded contract
will be for consultant services that directly support OHFA's pre-award site review process for housing tax credits in the preservation (rehab) project pool. OHFA seeks responses from qualified firms/individuals to provide feasibility reviews of capital needs assessments for proposed rehab projects located throughout the state. The deadline for submission of proposals is 5:00 p.m. (EST), Friday, January 23, 2009.  Further information on submitting proposals is provided in the RFP.
