Basic Tax Credit Compliance Training

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is offering training focusing primarily on the basics of compliance for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and class starts promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Who Should Attend

Property management staff including on-site staff, directors of compliance, compliance staff and owners should attend this course. Whether you are new to the LIHTC Program, or have been around since the beginning, this course will be beneficial.

Location

All trainings, unless otherwise indicated, will be held at the offices of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, 57 East Main Street, Columbus, in the boardroom located on the 2nd floor. Parking is available at various locations, but the most convenient location is the City Center parking garage.

Registration Information

The registration fee is $89. This fee includes the all-day training session, the training manual, continental breakfast and lunch. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
