The Ohio Housing Finance Agency is proud to sponsor Conquering HOME Compliance, a two-part, 10-hour course held live and online. This course will assist affordable housing professionals in conquering HOME project compliance. Attendees can take one or both sessions. 

The interactive sessions utilize numerous examples and exercises to ensure thorough comprehension of why HOME compliance is important. 

  • Day 1 (October 27) delves deep into HOME fundamentals such as household eligibility which includes student eligibility, income and assets. 

  • Day 2 (October 28) covers project development, deadlines, rent/income limits and compliance. 

  • Each day goes from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Both trainings will be conducted by Amanda Lee Gross (US Housing Consultants), a nationally renowned trainer who leads informative and entertaining courses. The last Compliance Policies and Regulations training for the year is November 17!
Learn how to stay in compliance with OHFA's policies on November 17 from 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm. This is the last policies and regulations training of 2020. 
All registrants must use the link below to register for the webinar. Attendees will be able to ask questions and participate in knowledge checks. In addition, attendees will receive an e-course manual during the training. 

To receive a certificate, participants must attend 90% of the webinar. In addition, attendees must log in to the webinar under their registration to obtain a certificate. No exceptions. 
The webinar will fulfill OHFA's Qualified Allocation Plan training requirement to obtain IRS Form 8609 and will provide attendees with four hours of continuing education credit.
