The annual Ohio Housing Conference is only weeks away, and attendees from at least 32 states are expected to attend. The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) and OCCH will team up to host more than 40 engaging and informative sessions for professionals in the housing industry. The conference will be held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on November 12-13, 2025, and will include networking opportunities throughout the day and after sessions conclude. Attendees can also visit with the more than 85 exhibitors during the conference.
Attendees have the opportunity to select topics from several category tracks, including Development & Capital Markets, Property/Asset Management & Compliance, and Emerging Trends. No matter the area of interest, there are valuable insights to be gained from the expert panelists featured at the conference!
To open the conference on Wednesday, the Welcome Plenary will feature Fifth Third Economist Jeffrey Korzenik. Session participants will learn the current state of the U.S. economy, an overview of the impact of new federal policies and the critical issues to follow going forward. Among the topics to be discussed are the state of the labor market, inflation and interest rates.
Lunch on Wednesday will feature the William J. Graves Housing Excellence Award and Housing Hall of Fame Awards ceremonies. The William J. Graves Ohio Housing Excellence Award is presented to a person or organization dedicated to providing safe, quality, affordable housing for Ohioans and preventing homelessness. The Housing Hall of Fame is in its fourth year and recognizes individuals for their contributions and positive impacts on improving housing opportunities for low- to moderate-income Ohioans.
Thursday will feature keynote speaker Paul Rieckhoff, founder of the Iraq & Afghanistan Veterans of America and a veteran of the U.S. Army, author, and entrepreneur. A fierce advocate for our veterans, Paul will discuss how our veterans can be a source of leadership, vision, and unity in this time of division.
Whether you’re a developer, property manager, investor, architect, real estate professional, lender, or nonprofit leader, there will be information and opportunities to connect with other industry pros throughout the conference.
Mark November 12-13 on the calendar! OHFA and OCCH look forward to welcoming housing professionals to Columbus for another excellent Ohio Housing Conference.
