2025 Ohio Housing Conference Kicks Off Registration
The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) and OCCH announce the 2025 Ohio Housing Conference will be held November 12–13, 2025, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Columbus, Ohio. The presenting sponsor for this year's conference is Fifth Third Bank.
The annual conference hosted by OHFA and OCCH brings together affordable housing industry professionals to network and attend sessions and workshops focused on educating and inspiring attendees on the latest trends in the affordable housing industry. Last year, more than 1,400 industry professionals from 34 states attended.
The conference is tailored to developers, property managers, investors, syndicators, architects, real estate professionals, lenders, accountants, attorneys, government officials, nonprofit leaders – anyone who is passionate about affordable housing and eager to shape the future of the industry.
This year's conference will include:
- 4th Annual Ohio Housing Hall of Fame Awards
- Presentation of the annual William J. Graves Award
- Keynote Speaker Paul Rieckhoff, writer, activist, and veteran
