Development

The office of Multifamily Housing, Development Division administers programs to assist in the financing of the acquisition, rehabilitation, construction, and preservation of affordable rental housing for low- and moderate-income persons. A list of programs administered by the Division is below.

When applying for funding, development teams should review the program guidelines to ensure they submit a complete application. For all Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Housing Development Assistance Program, Ohio Housing Tax Credit and Housing Development Loan Programs, development teams submit a single application that meets all of the guidelines. 2027 Design and Architectural Standards (DAS) Draft
